Well, really it's mice. Yes, we have finally moved into our new place. It has taken me a while to settle in and be able to have enough free time to get back onto the blog.
Surprisingly Gabbie has adjusted beautifully to her new surroundings. She only freaked out the first day with sleeping in her new room. Once we had her furniture set up, she seemed to realize it was home.
She is LOVING all the new nooks and crannies and the fact that she has a nice large floor plan to explore. It will be even better once the box, plastic bag, non-baby proof nightmare is eliminated.
So MICE, yes we have mice. Well mouse now. We lost one on move-in day. I think it had a heart attack once it saw how much junk we were bringing in. (Jeff and I had a heart attack too, but survived). Anyway, this other mouse has now declared war on the Haynie's when it decided to eat one of Gabbie's sippy cups this morning. Yes, sweet little mousey is GOING DOWN!
