Since the forecast said it was going to be 100 degrees out on Thursday, we decided to beat the heat by heading to the beach to cool off for a bit. It was certainly hot there, but thank goodness the North Atlantic was nice and cool!
By noon, the heat and sun were becoming a little much, so we headed for home. Despite the weather, I am happy the kids had a fun day. I miss having the ocean right around the corner from your house!
