Lollipop Meet

Gabbie had her first swim meet on Thursday. The meet is called the Lollipop Meet and it is designed for Mini Team children who can't really swim. Two other pools joined us for the meet as well.
She didn't really know what to expect and it is hard to explain what a meet is to a 3 year old. Nonetheless when the coaches told her to jump in, she did. She kicked her heart out as the helper dragged her across the pool.

Swimming in her first event:
25 m drag

She did her first 25 m in 1 min. 25 sec.

It felt like 15 minutes.

At the end of the meet the kids all got lollipops for participating.
It was very cute and all of the children had fun.
