Since it rained for 5 days straight, the flooding got crazy by the end of the week. On Thursday, school dismissal was crazy. Many roads were closed around us and buses couldn't get in. It took a good hour before every one of my kids was on their way home. It took me 45 minutes vs. 20 to get home. I got Kiernan and Gabbie just in time for another installment of downpours. Thankfully Jeff's 2nd grad class was canceled so he got home around 9:00.
