About a month ago our friends came by to teach us how to brew the beer kit I bought for Jeff for Father's Day. We had a blast! Eventhough it is labor intensive, Jeff and I are hooked and would love to try doing this again. At this point our Summer Ale is bottled and carbonating. We will be able to try it in another week or so.
The ingredients for the Summer Ale

Syphoning the brew into the carboy

The full carboy of brew. This had to ferment for 10 days.

Jeff putting the air lock on to keep any air and bacteria out.

Due to the sensitivity of the beer during the bottling process, we opted not to take pictures of it.
It is now carbonating for about 2 weeks. We can then try our stash.
